In this class you will learn how to create your own beautiful patisseries: petits gateaux, fraisiers, and opéras.
You will learn how to make a genoise, ganache, and a range of meringue buttercreams. Using these techniques you will then learn to transform a simple sponge into a beautiful work of art worthy of the ones you see sparkling in French patisserie windows.
This class is hands-on and a creative one to attend. I’ll teach you traditional techniques, and you can let your inner artist run wild when it comes to decoration. At the end of the class, you will be able to take away your own box of mouthwatering handmade pastries to enjoy at home.
