Corinne gave a fascinating lesson in cooking from La Reunion, as well as whetting my appetite to visit the island itself. We prepared so many delicious dishes as well as picking up useful cooking tips and had many interesting discussions. The session has rekindled my enthusiasm for cooking. Wonderful day of cooking. Learnt loads about Reunion and its food culture, and we cooked a substantial array of delicious dishes across the day. I’ll be putting the techniques I learnt into action at home.

What an absolutely fabulous day I had with Corinne. Her passion for her native ingredients along with some cultural information about Reunion Islands was great accompaniment to the cookery class. A real hands on day, resulting in a wonderful meal shared. Such a warm welcome, made for a great experience. Corinne was generous her knowledge and time! What a great way to spend the day! Corinne was amazing and provided lots of tips to make some brilliant French classics! Such a relaxed atmosphere and the cakes were delicious. We had a delightful time on our Réunionnese cooking course. Having visited the island before, it was great to revisit its cuisine and learn how to make some of the delicious dishes.
