Blending artful technique with warmth and personality, Corinne runs a range of cookery classes from her home kitchen near Cambridge.
They are fun, hands on, and extremely relaxed, perfect whether you are a complete novice, an adventurous cook or an accomplished one.
Cooking and baking are my happy place, and I founded Gourmandises Académie to share my love of elegant French desserts and food in a convivial setting.
During each cookery class, you will learn classic techniques used by top French chefs, but this is not like any cookery school. Take notes if you wish, but more importantly be prepared to learn and laugh at the same time.
