Welcome to Gourmandises Academy
My name is Corinne. My passion for cooking comes from my childhood. I was born on the island of Réunion, a small French colony off the coast of Madagascar. Although my parents moved to France when I was very small, the spirit of the island was very much alive in our home, and especially in our kitchen.
All the recipes used at Gourmandises Académie are my own, and each one has been developed with time and a lot of love. In 2014, my passion fruit tart was awarded 3 stars at the coveted Great Taste Awards, a genuine recognition in the highly competitive world of food. Click here to view the video
