In this class you will learn how to create your own beautiful petits entremets.
Entremet is the creme de la creme of French patisserie, a delicate and elegant bake encasing a range of delicious flavours inside it, and always finished with a very shiny mirror glaze. In this class, you will learn how to make a biscuit macaron, ganache, mousses and mirror glaze. Using these techniques you will then learn to transform a simple biscuit into a beautiful work of art worthy of the ones you see sparkling in French patisserie windows.
This class is hands-on and a creative one to attend. I’ll teach you traditional techniques, and you can let your inner artist run wild when it comes to decoration. At the end of the class, you will be able to take away your own box of mouth watering handmade entremets to enjoy at home.
This class includes a delicious homemade lunch with a complementary glass of wine.
