In this class you will learn how to create your own beautiful petits gateaux.
You will learn how to make a genoise, ganache, and a range of meringue buttercreams. Using these techniques you will then learn to transform a simple sponge into a beautiful work of art worthy of the ones you see sparkling in French patisserie windows.
At the end of the session, you will be able to take away your moreish creations.
