In this class, I will show you how you can make your own. From making the choux and the sweet crème patissière filling, to achieving the perfect golden caramel and putting it all together, I will guide you through every step.
This class aims to take away the intimidation factor of a large centrepiece like a croquembouche. It’s hands on and lots of fun, and at the end of it you will have your own stunning mini croquembouche to take home.
