As the winter nights draw in, and “Noël” is only just around the corner, this is the perfect time for a “petite soirée”. For this little gathering I am taking you to the France of my childhood with its simple, hearty and comforting food. The food my mum used to cook when she didn’t cook creole.
On 18th November, I will bring you a 5 course French feast, with Apéritif (that will include a complementary glass of bubbly and canapés), maybe a terrine or a tarte salée as a starter, fricassée de volaille à la provençale (provençale chicken fricasse) as a main, a decadent tarte tatin for dessert and coffee and macarons to finish off.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event I will not be able to cater for specific dietary requirements (if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me). This is a BYO event but water will be provided.
