This fun, hands-on class will teach you in easy steps how to bake the perfect “pâte à choux”. Choux pastry is used in a myriad of traditional French patisserie and is so delicious too.

In this class you will learn how to make:

  • The perfect choux pastry
  • Profiteroles, eclairs and religieuses
  • Chocolate and vanilla icings
  • Meringue buttercream
  • Craquelin
  • Flavoured creme patissière
  • The perfect caramel

These desserts are real crowd pleasers, and once you know the techniques you can get creative with a whole variety of fillings and toppings. I will guide you through in simple step-by-steps, and we’ll have a lot of fun, too.

At the end of the session, you will be able to take home your mouth watering creations.

This class includes a delicious home made lunch with a complementary glass of wine.
