La Bûche de Noël is a classic and a tradition at Christmas in France. It’s a stunning and delicious dessert to add to any Christmas table. In this class you will learn how to make your own masterpiece.
You will learn how to make a genoise, ganache, and a range of meringue buttercreams. Using these techniques you will then learn to transform a simple sponge into a beautiful work of art worthy of the ones you see sparkling in French patisserie windows.
The Bûche de Noël, that you make during the class can be frozen, therefore be enjoyed on Christmas day. It does not effect its taste nor its texture at all.
This class is hands-on and a creative one to attend. I’ll teach you traditional techniques, and you can let your inner artist run wild when it comes to decoration. At the end of the class, you will be able to take away your own Bûche de Noël to enjoy at home on Christmas day.
This class includes a delicious homemade lunch with a complementary glass of wine.
