If you’ve always thought that making pastries was a job for the professionals, let me tell you it’s not. This fun, hands-on class will teach you in easy steps how to bake the perfect pastry, with no soggy bottoms in sight!
In this class you will learn how to make:
• The perfect sweet shortcrust
• A chocolate ganache,
• A creme patissière
Using these techniques you will then create your own gourmet mini tarts.
These desserts are real crowd pleasers, and once you know the techniques you can get creative with a whole variety of fillings and toppings. I will guide you through in simple step-by-steps, and we’ll have a lot of fun, too. This class is an excellent one to do as a family with the kids, as you can all get stuck in.
How it works?
The price is per household/device, so all the family can join in. If you wish to include other members of family or friends who live elsewhere, each household needs to book separately. As soon as you book, I will send you a recipe card and a shopping list so you can get all the ingredients for the class in advance. I will also include a list of equipment.
The day before the class I will send you your zoom login details.
Before the class, make sure you have all your equipment and ingredients ready and a clear space in your kitchen to work from.
