Have you ever wanted to dive into the world of Willy Wonka? This two hours chocolate workshop will allow you to do exactly that.
I will introduce you to the magical world of chocolate, its history, its transformation into chocolate bars, the difference between a chocolate and a couverture, and what is a ganache, what is tempering and why we temper chocolate.
Following this little introduction, the real fun begins:
You will cut and shape some of my signature ganaches
You will then dip your shaped ganaches in tempered gourmet chocolate couverture and decorate with different natural ingredients, transfer, texture, piping work and dust paint.
You will also make 3 chocolate lollies to take home.
At the end of the class, I will show you how to wrap and pack your creations beautifully.
This class includes a delicious French style aperitif with a complementary glass of wine.
