“A little soirée- take two”- 15th February 2020
Start 7 pm until 11 pm
Following the success of my first little soirée in December, I am organising another one. As this event is close to valentine’s day, I have decided to make it extra special. Dare I say there will be a bit of sophistication and romance around the table, just the perfect time for a “petite soirée”. For this little gathering I am taking you to the France of my childhood with its simple, hearty and comforting food. The food my mum used to cook when she didn’t cook creole. Although, the menu will be kept secret until 15th, let me wet your appetite, I am thinking mum’s traditional “quiche provençale”, “poulet chasseur”, and the most chocolaty of desserts…
On 15th February, I will bring you a 5 course French feast, with Apéritif (that will include a complementary glass of bubbly and canapés), a hearty starter, a main, a decadent dessert and coffee and miniardises to finish off.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event I will not be able to cater for specific dietary requirements (if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me). This is a BYO event but water will be provided.
