“A little soirée”- 7th December 2019
Start 7 pm until 11 pm
As the winter nights draw in, and “Noël” is only just around the corner, this is the perfect time for a “petite soirée”. For this little gathering I am taking you to the France of my childhood with its simple, hearty and comforting food. The food my mum used to cook when she didn’t cook creole. Although, the menu will be kept secret until 7th, let me wet your appetite, I am thinking mum’s traditional pâté de campagne, boeuf bourguignon, tarte tatin….
On 7th December, I will bring you a 5 course French feast, with Apéritif (that will include a complementary glass of bubbly and canapés), a hearty starter, a main, a decadent dessert and coffee and miniardises to finish off.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event I will not be able to cater for specific dietary requirements (if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me). This is a BYO event but water will be provided.
