A Little Bit About Me
My passion for cooking comes from my childhood. I was born on the island of Réunion, a small French colony off the coast of Madagascar. Although my parents moved to France when I was very small, the spirit of the island was very much alive in our home, and especially in our kitchen.

I love introducing a touch of sunshine into my cooking and often add tropical flavours from Réunion to my desserts to give a vibrant twist to the elegant French classics.
All the recipes used at Gourmandises Académie are my own, and each one has been developed with time and a lot of love. I’m so happy to have been recognised with three stars in the prestigious Great Taste Awards.
I love what I do, and to have my food honoured by such a renowned award is wonderful.
I am excited to share some of these recipes with you and look forward to welcoming you into my home as a student of the Gourmandises Académie.
